Two years in, C-Further has a pipeline.
In the past year, we unveiled our first therapeutic projects: CF-012, a potential first-in-class ETV6 inhibitor for relapsed Ewing sarcoma, and CF-033, a potential first-in-class off-the-shelf iNKT cell therapy targeting PRAME. Both are co-developed with leading academic and industry partners.
Behind them is the work that rarely makes headlines. Our team has evaluated 100+ collaboration proposals across 9 modalities and 16 countries, brought a patient advocate panel into our decision-making, and, with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s commitment, built a $50m (£37m) industry-grade model for a child-first approach.
